SESAME PEANUT BUTTER NOODLES

Ingredients

  • 12 oz thin spaghetti or Japanese noodles

  • 1/2 cup Polar Bean Sprouts

  • 1/2 cup Polar Sliced Bamboo Shoots

  • 2-3 green onion, choppedroasted white sesame seeds

  • chili oil or red pepper flakes (optional)

    Sauce Muxture:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup Polar Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Polar Sesame Oil

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp warm water

  • salt & pepper to taste

POLAR INGREDIENTS:

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.  Drain & rinse with cold water.
     

  2. Drain Bean Sprouts, Sliced Bamboo Shoots & set aside.
     

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet medium heat, sauté garlic for 1 minute, add the rest of Sauce Mixture & stir for another 1-2 minutes.
     

  4. Add drained vegetables to Sauce Mixture & mix.
     

  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with 4. & coat well.  Adjusting seasonings & chill.
     

  6. Sprinkle with green onion, roasted sesame seeds & serve.
