Ingredients

2 cans of Polar 8 oz. Pieces Boiled Oysters

1 package 10oz. frozen patty shells
-
3 tablespoons butter
-
1 cup chopped onion
-
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
-
2 cloves minced garlic
-
3 tablespoons flour
-
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
-
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Bake the frozen patty shells according to the package direction, set aside.

Keep oven preheated at 350 degree.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until onions are soft.

Add flour and stir, keeping the mixture smooth.

Drain oysters, reserving liquid. Add lemon juice and sufficient oysters liquid to the mixture, stir until it reaches consistency of thick pudding.

Stir in oysters, green onions and parsley.

Spoon oyster mixture into baked patty shells and bake until heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
