MUSHROOM AND ONION TOPPING

Ingredients

  • 1 can Polar 4 oz. Mushrooms Slices

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon flour

  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

POLAR INGREDIENTS:

Directions

  1. Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet.
     

  2. Sauté onions and garlic until tender, stir in flour.
     

  3. Add mushrooms with liquid, Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
     

  4. Drain the excessive liquid and then season with salt and pepper.  Serve hot over hamburgers or hot dogs.
