Ingredients

2 cans Polar 10 oz. Mackerel, drained

1 jar Polar 10 oz. Mandarin Oranges, drained

1 teaspoon cornstarch
-
1 teaspoon orange zest
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
¾ cup orange juice
-
1 teaspoon soy sauce
-
2 teaspoons honey
-
1 tablespoon sesame oil
POLAR INGREDIENTS:

Warm orange juice over medium heat in a small saucepan.

Mix cornstarch, lemon juice, orange zest, soy sauce, honey together; add to orange juice, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.

Place drained Mackerel on a plate, drizzle with sesame oil on top, warm in microwave.

Top warmed Mackerel with orange sauce and serve. Garnish with mandarin orange segments.
