NORWALK, CA, October 4, 2018 - On the morning of September 14th, Hurricane Florence crashed into North Carolina with 90 mph winds and heavy rain. Soon after, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. all declared a state of emergency.
