HONEY BLACK GARLIC CASHEW SAUCE
 

  • Prep Time: 15-20 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup of raw cashew

  • 6 heads black garlic (6 bulbs)

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¾ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup of boiling hot water (more to soak the cashew in)

Directions

  1. Soak cashews in boiling hot water for 10-12 minutes

  2. While the cashews are being soaked, take a small saucepan and place both the cup of boiling hot water and your black garlic in and smash the black garlic in the water until soft, doesn’t need to be fully dissolved

  3. Drain the water from the cashews and rinse thoroughly

  4. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
