HEARTS OF PALM SALAD SKEWERS

Ingredients

2 Polar Hearts of Palm 14 oz. cans

2 Grape Tomato Containers (10.5 oz.)

¾ Large Red Onion, cut into Chunks
-
Baby Spinach Spring Mix leaves
-
Fresh Thyme to sprinkle

3.75 in. Skewer Sticks
Dressing:
-
3 Tbsps. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
1 Tsp. Balsamic Vinegar Glaze or Balsamic Vinegar
-
2 Tbsps. Fresh Lemon Juice
-
¼ Tsp. Kosher Salt
-
¼ Tsp. Sugar
-
¼ Tsp. Dried Oregano
-
¼ Tsp. Dried Basil
-
¼ Tsp. Dried Parsley
-
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
POLAR INGREDIENTS:

Drain the hearts of palm from can and cut into 1 inch slices.

Rinse and clean grape tomatoes, Baby Spinach Spring Mix leaves, cut red onion into decent bite sized chunks.

Prepare dressing and mix all ingredients together, set aside.

Start preparing your skewers in any order you prefer .

Once done, you can plate your display, lightly brush on the olive oil dressing and sprinkle with Thyme leaves.
