EASY NOODLES AND VEGETABLES

Ingredients

  • 12oz thin spaghetti

  • 1 can POLAR Shiitake Sliced Mushrooms

  • 1/2 cup POLAR Whole Baby Corn

  • 1/2 cup POLAR Bean Sprouts

  • 1/2 cup POLAR Sliced Bamboo Shoots

  • 2-3 green onion cut into sections

    Sauce Mixture:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable Oil

  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup POLAR Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp POLAR Oyster Sauce

  • 2 tbsp POLAR Sesame Oil

  • 2 tbsp warm water

  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.  Drain & rinse with cold water, set aside.
     

  2. Drain Shiitake Mushrooms, Baby Corn, Bean Sprouts, Sliced Bamboo Shoots & set aside.
     

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet medium high heat, sauté garlic until fragrant, add the rest of Sauce mixture & stir for 1 minute.
     

  4. Add all drained vegetables to Sauce Mixture & mix.
     

  5. In a large bowl, pour vegetables mixture to drained cold pasta & coat well.  Adjusting seasonings.  Serve either at room temperature or cold.
