STIR FRIED BABY CORN

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons minced Polar Garlic

  • 1 diced onion

  • 2 cans of 15 oz Polar Baby Corn

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

  • 1 jar of 35 oz Polar Marinated Mushrooms

  • 1 tablespoon of Polar Fish Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of Polar Soy Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of Polar Oyster Sauce

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

  • 3 tablespoons water

  • 1 sliced red chile pepper

  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet or wok.
     

  2. Cook garlic for 5 minutes or until brown.
     

  3. Add onions and baby corn to the garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
     

  4. Add mushrooms for 2 minutes. Pour fish sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir.
     

  5. Mix cornstarch and water in a seperate bowl, then add to the food mixture. Cook until nice and thick. Add chile pepper and cilantro, then serve.
