BLACK GARLIC SPREAD BURGER

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Ground Beef

  • Hamburger Buns

  • 1 Bulb of Polar Black Garlic

  • 4 Romaine lettuce leaves

  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tomato

  • 1 Red Onion

  • Provolone Cheese

  • 1/2 Stick of butter

POLAR INGREDIENTS:

Directions

  1. Mix the black garlic and mayonnaise together until it becomes thick like jam.
     

  2. In a large pan, warm-up butter and evenly spread it. Place the buns face down until golden. 
     

  3. Remove buns, and place the patties in the pan. Let them cook for 3 minutes, or until a crust has formed. Flip once, top with cheese, and cook until the other side has a crust.
     

  4. Spread the black garlic mix on the hamburger buns.
     

  5. Assemble your burger with the remaining toppings and enjoy.
