Ingredients

2 Jar POLAR 6oz Whole Marinated Mushroom Italian Flavor

1 Jar POLAR 12oz Marinated Quartered Artichokes

1 Jar POLAR 6.5oz Asparagus Spear Tips

1 head Romaine lettuce
-
1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
-
2 tsp garlic salt
-
2 tsp dried oregano
-
½ lb thinly sliced cooked ham
-
½ lb sliced pepperoni
-
½ lb sliced salami
-
½ lb mozzarella cheese, cubed
-
½ lb cheddar cheese, cubed
-
½ lb pepper jack cheese, cubed
-
1 cup whole black olives
-
1 cup cherry tomatoes
POLAR INGREDIENTS:
Directions

Wash and dry lettuce and arrange on a large platter. Sprinkle with 1 tsp garlic salt, dried oregano and about ¼ cup of Italian dressing.

Roll up ham, pepperoni and salami. Arrange around outside edge of platter.

Fill center of platter with POLAR Marinated Mushrooms, Artichokes and Asparagus Spear Tips, cubed cheeses, olives and tomatoes.

Sprinkle with remaining garlic salt, oregano and desired amount of Italian dressing.

Serve with crusty Italian bread.
